Get to Know Ally Pilmaier!
Ally Pilmaier is one of the talented interior designers at Holland Basham Architects. She feels that the most rewarding part of her job is getting the opportunity to improve the way people utilize their space. Ally uses her forward-thinking creativity to challenge clients to achieve designs that exceed their expectations. What Ally loves most about HBA is the variety in her job. She also enjoys her co-workers and the companywide activities giving the chance to have a little fun and get to know everyone outside of work. When asked about something she has recently learned, Ally said she was surprised and impressed by the amount of detail and technical knowledge that goes into a healthcare project, as she recently took part in her first healthcare design meeting. “I learned a lot of great things from the HBA healthcare team!”
Favorite Project
Ally’s favorite project she has worked on is the new Centris Headquarters, a project currently under construction. Having a great team, a fun design process, and plenty of collaboration has made this a positive experience. She said, “We were thrilled to work with a fantastic client that was not hesitant to push the limit of design and change the way that their employees work.”
