The Project Designer is a creative and technical role responsible for independently developing and executing architectural design concepts from initial planning through design development.

As a project designer, you will:
Project Support
- Develop and execute architectural design concepts
- Create detailed design, presentation drawings, and imagery that clearly communicates design intent
Consultant Interaction
- Collaborate with external consultants to integrate their work into the design
Client Interaction
- Translate client goals and requirements into design solutions through clear communication
Team Leadership
- Lead the design team in solutions
- Collaborate with project team to meet project objectives

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related from an accredited program and five (5) years of relevant architectural design experience.
Position located at Holland Basham Architect, Omaha, NE office.
