Located in the budding Bellevue Entertainment District, the new 140,000 square-foot Bellevue Bay Indoor Waterpark is a collaboration with the City of Bellevue and American Resort Management, will be the first project completed within the new development at the corner of Highways 34 & 75. As one of the largest indoor waterparks in the region and the largest of its kind in Nebraska, the $60M facility will provide a focal point of entertainment and overlook the Bellevue community.
The exterior design celebrates the facility with a wavelike canopy welcoming visitors. Features of the waterpark include a swim-up pool bar, lazy river, various water slides and play equipment all covered by a retractable roof, offering year-round operation regardless of the season or weather. Additional amenities like an arcade, gift shop and party rooms complete the entertainment for all ages. Adjacent hotels can access the park via an elevated walkway for convenient access to the waterpark’s features.
