Holland Performing Arts Center Dressing Rooms

Omaha, NE

The Holland Performing Arts Center opened its doors in 2005 marking a significant development for the city. It provided a space to host large-scale performances that were, at the time, too large for the existing Orpheum Theater and Rose Theater. Today, the Holland Center stands as a staple of the Omaha community, celebrating its 20th anniversary alongside the newest additions –  Steelhouse and the Tenaska Center for Arts Engagement together creating the Dick and Mary Holland Campus.

Holland Basham Architects is honored to be part of the legacy of the Holland Center. Partnering on the renovation of their dressing rooms, our team upgraded their existing spaces with a contemporary feel. The cool tones, subtle textures, and curved edges provide a welcoming space for artists to relax and prepare for their shows. The warm lighting throughout is designed to offer customized environments with back lit mirrors adding a softened ambiance day or night.
