This state-of-the-art performance facility brings a vibrant energy to downtown Omaha. The size accommodates audiences of 1,500 to 3,000, primarily functioning as a rock & roll venue targeting bands that have bypassed Omaha in the past, looking to perform in a smaller, more intimate setting. The facility will also attract receptions, corporate events, and other musical events and concerts. The design features steel cladding on the exterior, inspiring the name of the building.
