With a land available and employees in need of affordable housing options, Streck, an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of laboratory products, saw an opportunity to create a solution within their own campus.
This 84-unit development was designed as workforce housing, attracting entry-level talent in need of affordable housing options near Streck’s campus. The four buildings blend into the surrounding neighborhood utilizing similar materials, while incorporating branded elements like Streck’s owl logo.
