This new 45,000 s.f. headquarters building, is one of the latest additions to the Prairie Commons mixed-use development. Located at the southwest corner of Highway 281 and Highway 34, the development marks the entrance to Grand Island. The project includes offices for corporate personnel, collaboration areas, meeting spaces, balconies, and a large outdoor plaza. The overall design reflects the client’s manufacturing services through exposed steel construction and use of metal fabricated by the client on the interior.
