The 400 bed, freshman housing residence hall is one of the latest student-housing addition to the Creighton University campus. The project includes four-bed suite style units with two beds in each bedroom and shared bathroom between bedrooms. Community space open to all Creighton students occupies the first floor, while the second floor includes a lounge open only to residents. Outdoor amenities in the 20,000 s.f. courtyard include games and firepits.
