The 149,673 s.f. renovation of Bryan Middle School includes a 15,000 s.f. Boys and Girls Club Addition – the first Club serving students in Bellevue, Nebraska. The renovation of the school includes media center and library, administrative and faculty offices, classrooms, collaboration areas, 5,000 s.f. gymnasium and rec area, cafeteria new windows, signage and MEP upgrades throughout the building. The club features a 1,500 s.f. Innovation Lab focusing on STEM-Based learning initiatives.
