“I have been fortunate to work with some truly great clients here at HBA. The relationships formed with the client and our team always result in a successful project. I am honestly happy and proud to say that I am a part of a team that brings the client’s visions to life and sees creative ideas come to fruition.”
Get to Know Mike Eckmann!
Mike is an architect that takes pride in “getting it right” for the client. He looks forward to the moment on each project when a client walks through their space and realizes it meets their needs and goals. Driven by a proven process and always thorough in the details, Mike understands that each small task is a step towards accomplishing the overall best outcome for the client. His thoughtful and analytical approach contributes to many successful projects at HBA.
A Talented Problem Solver
Mike feels that one of the most rewarding parts of his job is getting to experience the reaction of a client as a project successfully comes together. To reach that moment, Mike knows that the coordination effort is critical to keep a team of designers, consultants, and contractors working towards the same end goal. While daunting at times, he sees this as an opportunity to problem-solve, getting the right pieces of information to the correct team member on time to keep everyone on track. “I enjoy the challenge and love to find different solutions for each project team.”
Mike is helping to lead the sea lion exhibit project at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo.
